FOXBARN FARM will have fresh-picked corn, winter squash, very-tasty Portugese red peppers, Hungarian hot peppers, cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, mini eggplant, zucchini, onions, and Carlisle honey.

PARLEE FARM will have Raspberries, Corn, Tomatoes, Peppers, butternut squash, zucchini, summer squash, green beans and eggplant.

JONES FARM will have Corn, Tomatoes, Bread, Pumpkins, Basil, Scallions, Green Beans, Zuchinni, Summer Squash, Cucumbers, Apples, Apple Cider, Eggplant, Mozarella, Beets, Green Peppers, Hot Peppers

HILL ORCHARD will have luscious peaches plums pears nectarines and apples

FIOR D’ITALIA will have an assortment of pasta, ravioli, sauces, and mozzarella, but also will have sweet potato gnocchi, pumpkin ravioli, and winter squash ravioli!

CARVEN CATERING will have dinner ready for you…Baked Beans...Italian Meatballs...Marinara...Corn Chowder... BBQ Ribs...Spanakopita...Gazpacho...Pesto... Veggie-pesto Calzone...Ham-spinach-garlic-salami-swiss cheese-marinara Calzone...Turkery Terrific Calzone...Pulled Pork.

JONES FARM will bring Green Beans, Zucchini & Summer Squash, Cukes, Pickling Cukes, Beets, some Lettuce, Bread, Apples, Corn, Nectarines and Peaches, Cut Flowers, Tomatoes, Basil, Scallions, Butternut squash, mums

FIOR D’ITALIA’S special this week will be sweet potato gnocchi and some prepared meals. We will have pumpkin ravioli next week as well as winter squash ravioli.

FOXBARN FARM will have corn, tomatoes, plum tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, miniature Indian eggplant, onions, zucchini, beautiful zephyr squash, and Carlisle honey.

HILL ORCHARD will have peaches, pears. nectarines, blueberries, and apples to fill your fruit bowl!

What’s Fresh at the Chelmsford Farmers’ Market for Thursday, Sept. 10

Our faithful founding vendors will return to bring fresh local products to our community. Here’s a sampling of what will be available this week:

FOXBARN FARM will bring corn, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, salsa mix, zucchini, Carlisle honey, eggplant, peppers, tomatillos, onions, basil.

HAMES & AXLE will have our soaps, but also goat milk lotion, and some skin creams/balms that we have found helpful throughout the winter. We’ll also be bringing dream pillows, containing herbs, rice and buckwheat hulls. Great stress relievers.

JONES FARM will bring Yellow Squash, Zucchini, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Yellow & Green Beans, Cukes, Green Peppers, Butternut Squash, Corn, Hot Peppers, Kohlrabi, Cantalopes, Basil, Mozarella, Rosemary, Bread, Apples, Peaches, Nectarines, Scallions, Beets, Cut Flowers, Hardy Mums.

HILL ORCHARD says, “We still have our juicy peaches, and a limited quantity of blueberries to sell, also some nectarines, late plums and of course apples and pears!”

Recipe Note: Make fresh peach salsa with tomatillos from Foxbarn, peaches from Parlee/Hill/Jones, tomatoes from Foxbarn/Jones Farm. Great over grilled pork or fish or just scoop up with tortilla chips made from fresh corn tortillas.
